Upgrade via PayPal not possible
I am trying to buy an upgrade for ToDoIst and paying via my PayPal account (because that is the only option from the Netherlands. We don't use credit cards etc.) But I keep getting the error:
Unfortunately we are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this moment. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).
I contact Paypal to check if my account is currently working OK. It is working just fine. Can you help me, I would very like to upgrade asap.
Please try clearing the cache for your browser (IE if you're using our Windows App, Safari if Mac App) and try the purchase again. Can I ask if your PayPal account is a business or personal account?
