Hello Per-Erik,

Please confirm, you're getting the app from https://todoist.com/mac and when you try to install it, you get this text as an general system error message or is this the text you see within our app as you try to open it for the first time?

Best regards,
David

Yes, I go through https://todoist.com/mac, when clicking on that link will lead you to a page that says,

Bad Request
Unknown error happened: not all arguments converted During string formatting

Per-Erik,

Which browser are you using? If you use another one, does this still happen? Are you on a corporate network?

Thanks,
Brendon.

Hello, I'm using Chrome, have tested with Firefox with the same results. No, I am not in a corporate network.

Per-Erik,

We are unsure as to why you are receiving this message as we are able to download without issue on many systems and browsers. You are also the first to report this issue.

I have uploaded the same file as you would get from the site, are you able to download this? https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/66ce18941187b6bb55351a04fe14c8c7/as/Todoist_v3_1.zip

Thanks,
Brendon.

It went well. I also tested with Safari and it was the same problem there.

I use Safari, and have same problem... Bad Request... I do use Safari. Version 5.1.10 (6534.59.10) if that helps...
I would really like this to work in Safari...

Hello Jonas,

We're sorry for the inconvenience, it seems to only not work in the Swedish version of our app, we're looking into it, but as Brendon mentioned earlier, you can get the MacApp from the link he posted.

Best regards,
David
