Todoist app can't connect to internet anymore

Hello all,


I use the mac and IOS (iphone and ipad) app. Since this morning, the Todoist app won't sync anymore due to having a problem with the internet connection. 'For Todoist to work offline you need to view it at least once when connected to the Internet.'

But there is internet.. Is it a global problem? I also redownload the app but still got the same problems. I also hear a lot of more people having this problem this morning.

Please help us with it, we use it for business.

Hello Jeroen,

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue, I've just accessed the app without any problems and this is the first report we've had about it do far.

Please make sure you're using a fairly open wi-fi connection. It's possible that some networks in corporate environments may not support certain types of connections.

Also, if you have all your tasks on the iPad already synced, please try to delete and reinstall the app (note - this will delete offline data so don't do it if you've made changes on the iPad that weren't synced yet).
