Missing Notes in Outlook

I have added notes in Outlook for a reoccuring task but, now the notes are missing from Outlook. However, when I go to the web portion of todoist they show up online. I tried logging out of todoist and signing back in but, the notes in Outlook still dont show up.

Thanks,

Hello Robert,

We're sorry for the inconvenience, we're working on a rewrite of our Outlook plugin which will address all Outlook-related issues.

For now, please try to uninstall it and install this version instead: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/27d69392edce0cbd2d7128b9c74d070d/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe

If this alone won't work, log out and then clear Internet Explorer's cache as our plugin uses IE to connect and shares IE's settings, cache and cookies.

Best regards,
David

the Outlook plug in was installed a few days ago; the notes are on the web version, not in the Outlook plugin (problem only in 1 task)

Hello,

Please go to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Todoist\Outlook, delete the "Cache" folder here and then reload Outlook and see if it helps.

Please tell me, does removing the cache also made them appear? Do you see any new reminder you add through the iPhone now?

David

Thank you for clarifying that they're also not visible on the web, in which case it appears to be a sync issue with the iOS app.

Are you adding the reminders in any other language than English? If so, then this is a separate issue that we've just fixed and it will be deployed in an upcoming update of our iOS app.

David

You can change the local settings on your phone and this will change the language of used dates in the app. To change the whole UI of the app, you would need to change the language settings on your phone.
