Outlook Window will not resize
Before I upgraded to premium, and used the app for a day, the window view in outlook was fine. It was 1/3 the size of the full outlook interface, and it would resize - accommodating the flow of the text with the width of the window
This is no longer the case. It now overflows, and resizing the window does not interact with the text. So I cannot see the full information I entered.
I did a search in the support center. I uninstalled and re-installed, closed outlook, etc. Nothing corrects the page size.
It is inefficient for viewing, for completing tasks, and by comparison to what it was before I upgraded, I have to believe its a glitch.
Any help? Any suggestions for setting?
I already looked in support -- so any insight would be helpful.
It does seem to be a glitch of some sort. Our plugin uses Internet Explorer to run, please try clearing the cache for it and let me know if the issue continues.
Just in case, I am viewing Todoist in Outlook. This is where the window is not resizing the text according to size. It's like Todoist is trying to dominate the entire pane, and bully out email and everything else. I cannot see the days tasks are due and if I go into a settings option, the window is completely truncated by the view. I keep having to expand and then minimize the size of the window to see my tasks.....
I cleared IE cache - like you suggested - and it still does not view correctly, or workably, like it did when I was trying Todoist without Premium version. Are any other ways I can fix this?

All of a sudden, this is happening in my ToDoist for Thunderbird as well. I cannot even see the "gear" to sort my tasks by date.
Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue in Thunderbird. Please try to log out, reinstall the plugin, log back in and see if it helps.
Also, please note that the icon to sort tasks is only visible within a project and you can also use the "s" key to sort tasks by date.
I actually just encountered the resizing problem again in Thunderbird, and it looks like it is happening after I view completed tasks. My completed tasks are not line wrapping porperly, which is pushing the end of the line to about half my window size, and unless I make the size of the todoist window bigger, I cannot view the due dates or the "Task Actions" icon at the top of my list.
I can send you screen shots of what I am talking about, if that helps. Please let me know where to email them to.
Thank you for clarifying, now I can reproduce it. That is - I can make the text not fit in the line if it's too long with no spaces. But I can resize the plugin pane as much as I want.
That said, please confirm if the text in the task's name does indeed contain a very long one word with no spaces as with spaces, it should always break the line.
I can still resize it, but I don't want the ToDoist pane to be half of my window size so I can view my due dates and the Task actions button - before I viewed my completed tasks, the lines wrapped properly. The item that is causing the problem looks to be tasks that were added as emails - as I mentioned in another thread, they are changing from just showing the email subject to being listed like: [[thunderbird New Arrival of Deco Pedicure Carts
]]..... In short, yes it is too long of a word.

Although I can't reproduce this issue with links changing to ones that contain the entire ID, I'll pass it to the developers, we'll look into it.
