Shifting Due dates (+1 day) on Web and Android

Every time the date is inputed as a number, in either Chrome or Android, it get shifted to the next day.

This happens the web and Android:
- Chrome Version 32.0.1664.3 dev:
- Android 4.1.2 (Nexus S)

Inputing the date as Today, Tomorrow, Mon, Tue, etc. works correctly. Only inserting it as a number fails, and only after a certain date:

Today (Oct 14) works correctly until Oct 26. Oct 27 gets shifted to Oct 28 on update, Nov 1 shifts to nov 2, etc.

OK. Just fixed it.

Behavior:

Check the time zone it was se to just GMT+01 ("Other" on Android Interface).

It seems this was an invalid timezone, which was not mapped properly. I rechecked and there is a Europe/Lisbon timezone, which I selected.

Changing this setting allowed it to work properly without shifting dates.
