Hello-- I had the ability to add notes on my tasks over the last few days. Today when I went to look at my notes they were gone. Can you please advise?Thank you!
Hi Andrew,Notes are a Premium feature. Your account currently is not Premium and so you are not able to access the notes. You will need to re-subscribe to have access again.Thanks,Brendon.

Andrew,If you were indeed always on a free account then I am unsure why this would have been possible, as it has never been a free feature. I will look into it.Yes, your notes should be restored once upgraded, though the fact that you had access when you should not have could result in unknown situations, such as not being restored. You can sign up for Premium, as there are many other great Premium features, and if you don't like it, we do offer a full 30 day refund.Thanks,Brendon.
