After adding en email as a task I can not view the email.

After adding en email as a task I can not view the email. Its is showing this error message:

Message for message-id <9017F775673CE04E9DA3A69CE0E8CFEE3A167D9A@IMPRESS-SBS01.corp.impressprint.net > not found

I have cleared cache on firefox and thunderbird.

Any ideas?

Please clarify - this email was added through our Thunderbird plugin, the message is still placed in your inbox and you're trying to click on the link from Thunderbird?
