2 emails + 1 task

I can create a task from Gmail, but what do I have to do, if I need another email for this task?

Hi Gerwin,

You can create a task from any email address you would like. When you right click on the Project "Email tasks to this Project" you can then enter an email address' in the accepted list.

If you are referring to having to email addresses that you send to, the email listed in the right click menu then this is not possible. Could you please clarify the reason behind why you'd want two emails?

Thanks,
Brendon.

Hi Brendon,

it is a normal situation that I need two emails to get finished a task. As I understand at now I have to copy the link of the second Gmail email to the notes of the task or bing the emails to Evernote then linked them to the task, or?

Gerwin

P.S. A tighter Evernote integration would help a lot more!! ;)

Hello Gerwin,

So you want to have links to multiple emails within one task? That;s unfortunately not possible. In this case, we recommend to use sub-tasks and simply add the follow-up mails below the first mail as its sub-task.

Best regards,
David

Yes I want to have links to multiple emails within one task.

Scenario...
10 emails in my in box --> Combine to one task.
When I am working the task (i need to reference the emails to review discussions from all inbound emails related)

This would be huge.
