Thunderbird Plugin Won't Open Emails Added As Tasks, Freezing Thunderbird

Good morning!

As of about midday yesterday, we stopped being able to open emails added as tasks through the Thunderbird plugin, and all it does is freeze Thunderbird when we try. This happens occasionally (especially if we are in a different Inbox than the email was added from), but since yesterday, we have been unable to open any of the emails added as tasks, regardless of the Inbox or anything. Is this something that will be fixed quickly? Without this functionality, ToDoist does not perform the way we need it to.

Just checking on status of this issue - we have been 4 days without being able to use Todoist the way we need to. Will this be corrected soon? We are unable to go another week this way!

Hi,

How can we escalate this problem? As a Premium user, this addon is the ONLY way that we use ToDoist. Please let me know who I can contact to escalate this problem, as it has been outstanding for over a week.

Hi,

The issue has already been fixed. We are just figuring out if we need to push an update to the client side. Please try clearing the cache for Thunderbird or Firefox and let me know if it continues.
