Hello Dan,

We're sorry for the inconvenience, we're working on a rewrite of our plugin which will address all issues.

For now, please try to uninstall it and install this version instead: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/27d69392edce0cbd2d7128b9c74d070d/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe

Also, our plugin uses IE to connect so having the latest version of IE would be beneficial. If you have such option, please upgrade to IE 10.

Best regards,
David

Thanks David,
Unfortunately, upgrading IE isn't an option for me in our corporate environment. Are you saying that IE 8 is not supported?
With respect to the link you posted for a newer version, what issues is that build supposed to address?
I'm hesitant to reinstall because of another issue I believe was reported on this forum to do with automatically sending drafts; not something I experienced personally in the brief time I had the product installed, but not something I will risk.
One more thing: I didn't mention that our corporate environment uses a proxy for Internet access if that's any help.
Regards, Dan

Dan,

It's possible that the version above unfortunately may still contain bugs :(

IE 8 should be compatible, but of course it's always best to have the latest version, but if you don't have this option, IE 8 will work too.

Unfortunately, the only alternative for you at this point would be to use Todoist from within a browser at todoist.com We're sorry for the inconvenience, the rewrite we're working on will address these issue, though. We hope we'll have it finished and published soon.

Best regards,
David

Please fix it soon as I have encountered the same error and every time when selecting multiple items in outlook2010 (win7 64bit , IE8) , the add-in will cause the outlook crash I have to restart again and remove the plugin.

And while trying to type words in add in interface, it always duplicate the words that im typing , for example , when I type pass in log in page, i pressed "1" , and it shows "11". Same as the space key, it's very annoying bug please fix it as well.

Integration with Outlook is the first reason why I paid for premium service, but above issues are not what I paid for.

Hello,

Please try to delete the plugin (OutlookTodoist in Programs & Features) and then install this version and let me know if the issue persists: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/cd2fb847eb3397185b45a892c8d94dc5/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe
