Why do note disappear?

Added notes to some of my tasks and after a while they seem to disappear.

Hi there,

Are you adding notes with an extension/plugin or with a browser? Which browser? We were having some issues related to notes today but should be fixed soon.

Hi

Not using an extension/plugin. I'm using IE 8.

I'm just wondering if it has something to do with accessing Todoist from home (IE 8) and then from work (IE 9) and then adding notes.

We are having issues with notes that we are working on. Please try clearing the cache of your browser and logging back in.

Aren't Tasks Notes a Premium feature?

Z isn't shown as a Premium member here in the Support forum ...

Hello Z,

Indeed, as Randolph mentioned, at least the account you're logged in as you've posted this question is not Premium and notes are a Premium-only feature.

Even i am facing with the same problem. Notes are getting disappeared. If it is premium only feature, it should not allow us to create one at first place.

I opened a free account on 10/05/13. I was able to make some notes to my tasks using Chrome on my computer at home. I came into work today, still using Chrome, and I couldn't get into the notes as I had to upgrade. Ok, I upgraded. Now I can get into my notes, but the information is gone.

Any ideas?

Hi Nick,

The account you are posting with is not Premium. You may have upgraded another account which would not have the same information.

Also, there is a known issue with completed notes at this time, we are looking into it.

Hey all

Sorry I couldn't keep up with this thread...been a bit busy. Thanks for looking into the issue though.

I went in today and I could not actually make any notes so I guess this is how it should have been as I am not a premium member.

But I carried on using this app as I thought this was actually a bug that would get sorted not realising that I won't be able to use the notes feature unless I upgrade.

But hey-ho it's a good app on the whole so hope we can resolve the bugs...
