Add Task - No reverse tab

GW

When adding a new task via the web interface, you can tab to switch between boxes, but shift-tab still goes through the same forward tab order instead of reversing it.

For example, when you're in the due date box, you have to hit tab twice instead of being able to shift-tab to go back on box. This seems like normal expected behavior on other websites and software.

Hi Glen,

Thank you for the suggestion, we will consider implementing this in the future. As you have seen, there are a few minor things that could be worked on, but in full honesty we do have many larger items to work on.

Thanks,
Brendon.

Yep, the priority is very low for this feature, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

I would guess you do not have to actively implement shift+tab to reverse the focus, but rather it is default behaviour of the browser you've overridden it...?

Either way, o/c you're right and this shouldn't be high on any priority list.

+1 for this - I quite often get hit by this. It can be quite annoying - especially if you're used to using your keyboard to navigate.

I realise it's correct being low priority, but surely it's a really quick fix? I know it can be annoying when people say something should be quick without understanding what's involved - so this is more of a question, rather than a statement. I'm a developer myself though, and can't think of any reason why is wouldn't be a really quick fix.

Again, +1 for this.

Echoing what's been said above, I realise that this is a low-priority issue... but again, speaking as a developer, this is probably a quick enough fix, and it's been on your backlog for 14 months now.
