Hello Buck,Thank you for your report, we're look into it as we finish up the rewrite of our plugin we're already working on which will address many issues. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please let us know which version of Outlook you're using - 2007, 2010 or 2013?Best regards,David
David Outlook 2010 on Win 7 64 bitThank youBuck
David - Are bug reports prioritized by interaction with these posts? I am disabled in Outlook (again) and the last event took 6 weeks to resolve. Once a lot of people started posting about it the issue was resolved. The problem is once a post ages past a day or two nobody sees it (unless the user submits another comment like i am doing now). I am sure you all are quite busy but I am at a loss for how to instill a sense of urgency when I have come to depend on this plug in on a daily, even hourly basis. I once again find myself wondering if I need to find a more reliable platform to work with. As a paid subscriber I have higher expectations for reliability and I hope this debilitating issue will be corrected soon.Thank youBuck
Buck,We record all bug reports and issues from these forums. The issue this time though is that we are doing a full re-write of our plugin and app because it was having too many issues with the way it was currently done and this can take some time.We hope to have an update soon.Thanks,Brendon.
Thank you Brendon. Hoping "take some time" and "soon" can be replaced with a date at some point. This does not convey the sense of urgency previously mentioned.ThanksBuck
Buck,Because it's urgent, we've hired a new developer specifically for this job. He's working on it now and we trust that he will soon provide the final version with all bugs fixed, but again - we can not force him to to give us a deadline, the goal is to actually fix this for good. We're sorry that it takes so long, but we really want to avoid providing a partial quick fix which may introduce other issues if not done properly.Best regards,David
Thank you David
