How do I put a new line within a task?

When I copy/paste something with multiple lines (returns or enters) it will show up in my task with multiple lines (and I LOVE it!). However, when I try to just add a new line, I can't seem to get it to work. I've tried Shift Enter, Control Enter. Not sure what else to try. Suggestions?
Thanks!

Hi Tess,

We do not fully support line breaks within task names anymore. We will eventually remove the feature completely. You can add a new line by using CTRL+M.

If you need to add more information we suggest using the notes feature.

Thanks,
Brendon.

Huh. Thanks Brendon. Any particular reason for removing the feature?

Tess,

We feel notes are a better solution for entering lots of information. The CTRL-M may stay as it is, but will not be listed in any help menu.

Thanks,
Brendonl.
