Hello Neil,

Please note that our plugin requires an internet connection and always uses Internet Explorer to connect and shares its settings so please make sure you have the latest IE installed, that you're connected to the internet and that IE accepts cookies and doesn't have too strict security settings.

Also, please try to delete the plugin and install this version instead: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/27d69392edce0cbd2d7128b9c74d070d/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe

Hi David

The new download worked but only for a few minutes, it then crashed and won't come back when I reload outlook. Very mysterious.

Neil,

Sorry for the inconvenience, we're working on a new rewrite of our Outlook plugin which will address all these issues.

Best regards,
David

Ok, do you know when that will be ? Presumably it can't be used successfully in the meantime in outlook ?

Unrelated Q - is there a view option that will show all the Projects listed when you log in on this or premium version (projects = clients in the way I'm intending to use it)

Neil,

We do not have a timeframe set but we are hoping within a few weeks.

You can set your start page to "view all" in the Settings area on Todoist.com. Top right corner, Settings, and on that new pop-up create a custom start page.

Thanks,
Brendon.
