Notes don't synchronise, plus...

Hello,
I have just upgraded to Premium and my notes (written in Outlook) don't synchronise from Outlook to my iPad.
I followed your advice and logged out and then signed back in everywhere and now I have lost all my notes.
needless to say I'm not impressed having just paid 25 euros...
What is the problem here please?

Hi Fabien,

Did you have an Internet connection at all times when using Outlook? To clarify, you signed out in Outlook and the iPad or just one of those?

Please try signing out on the iPad, and closing Outlook and clearing the cache for IE (plugin uses this), then let me know if it still continues.

Also, please sign into the web version from your browser and let me know if the notes do not show up there as well.
