Web site not working?

I have two Windows machines and all of a sudden this afternoon, the Todoist page won't load. It just keeps cycling through the little progress indicators.

Is the web tasks page working for anyone else?

Hi Jim,

This is a known issue with the desktop and Outlook plugins. Please try clearing the cache for IE, and if that does not help, please try this version of our Plugin. https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/27d69392edce0cbd2d7128b9c74d070d/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe

Hi Brendon, I do not integrate Todoist with Outlook and use only the web site. Also, I'm using Chrome on both machines. In any event, I did clear the cache within Chrome and the site is still not working.

Jim,

Are you using the Chrome extension? What version of Chrome are you using? Are you able to access Todoist from another browser?

There are no known issues on our end and I can load it just fine within Chrome.

To be more specific, I've never installed a Todoist plugin on either of these machines.

Interesting, I see I can get to it from IE but neither Chrome is working. Version shows up as 29.0.1547.66 m for both. I just updated to 29.0.1547.76 m and it still won't access the site :(

The extension within Chrome IS able to access my tasks. So it's just my Chrome web interfaces, which happens to be my primary interface.

Jim,

Interesting. Are you having any issues with other websites? Have you changed any settings within Chrome recently, a extension that has been installed? I would suggest disabling all of them, and see what happens. (not remove, disable)

Got it working again on both Chromes by forcing a re-log in to my account. I am not sure what happened but at least it's working now.

Brendon, it was not a general issue for me, it was just with Todoist. I manually went to the login URL and re-logged in with my Google account. Perhaps my Google account required re-authentication and the Todoist interface didn't handle that need as cleanly as it could have...

Glad it's working. Though, if you were stuck on it loading, how were you able to log out and back in again? Or did you accomplish this through the extension? It's good for us to know :)
