I upgraded to Premium

I have upgraded to premium but I don't think it has been upgraded on my acount

Please try logging out and back in again, if that does not help try clearing the cache for your browser.

I have the same problem with the desktop version. I logged out and back in. No difference.

Actually the app from the google playstore does not appear to respond to the upgrade

Roel,

Please make sure you are signing into the correct account. If you used Google to sign in at one place, this needs to occur at all other locations.

I've also upgraded to premium, cleared all caches and not able to get the upgraded version to come up. Please advise!

Hello Matt,

According to our database, your account is Premium until January 8th, 2015. Please log out and back into it and make sure you're logging into the correct account. The one that's Premium is the one you were logged into as you've sent this message.

Could it have to do with the fact that I coupled my gmail adres to todoist?

Hi Roel,

The account you have replied to on this thread is not Premium. Please make sure to sign into the correct account. If you used Google to sign in originally, this needs to be done all the time.

Dear support team,

It still does not work on all devices. Can you tell me how and when there's gonna be a solution? It has been almost a month now.

I posted this issue several times already and it does not work properly. My web version, for example is still not premium.

If you can not fix it, please just tell me so I can opt for another solution and refund the money.

Hello Roel,

RIght now as you've posted this message, you've been logged into a Premium account (as the icon next to your name suggests). Furthermore, I've checked the database and your account is Premium until January 12th 2015.

That said, the only issue that may cause you to not see Premium options is an old cache from whcih the app reads the data. Please log out, clear your browser's cahce and Todoist's offline data (this may need to be done manually), reload the browser and log back in.

Also, to test it, you can try to open your browser's Incognito Window (or "Private mode" , depending on teh browser) and log in though there, this will not read anything from the cache.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience, but again - your account has the correct Premium status in our database and there are no errors with it and based on many past reports, a corrupt or old cache always can cause such issue and has been solved by clearing it in 100% of these cases.

Hello, I have the same problem with the desktop version. I logged out and back in. I deleted browser cache and no difference.
