How do I cancel my premium subscription?

Hello Luke,

If you've paid through our system using your credit card on our web-site, you don't have to cancel it, it won't recur. If you've used PayPal, please cancel the payment subscription on your PayPal account. If you've used our Android app - through your PlayStore account.

If you wish to receive a refund, please send us the order reference ID or transaction ID depending on how you've paid.

Things I liked:
The interface both web and android.
The karma system.
The products name.

Things I didn't like:
Keyboard shortcuts were clunky. They are the fastest way to add tasks so the process should be super smooth.
No way to add a task to the Today view/default view. You can only add to tasks on specific lists.
Not enough control over the filtering of the today list. I'd like to sort by time or sort by priority. It was a minor annoyance but since I worked off of the today list it was constantly there.
Clicking on a task auto-edits instead of selects. Perhaps change to double click for edit and single click for select.
Although I like the idea of the karma system. It seems kind of half baked besides a point total that steadily rises as you use the product.

Other services I've used: RTM and Asana. I really enjoy RTM's shortcuts. Asana does a better job of displaying notes and sub tasks.

For reference. I work as a Sys Admin and track 50-100 tasks. For personal tasks I had under 25.

Anyway, thanks for the refund. I'll keep an eye on Todoist.
