Lost all my notes
I just lost all my notes in the tasks of all my projects. Can you please restore it.
This was an error with an update we have done today and your notes will be restored in a few hours.

I understand that data recovery will be in a few hours. Perhaps you can also tell us if you have a solution for us to back up all data on our end so that we can recover quicker .

Ken, Todoist creates a full backup of all your data once a day automatically and you can download it through Settings (top-right corner) -> Backups, then import it as shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U96Nco_but4

I noticed it just now. All my notes are still gone. Only my notes I made yesterday evening and today are available.
Ok, I just cleared my Browser cache, now my notes are back.
My notes were recovered as well...thanks! Should note though that some tasks were our of chronological sequence. The backup solution is great.
We've noticed the issue about notes being in incorrect order and it has been fixed today. Please log out and back in to see the changes.

Please confirm, have you signed out, cleared the cache for your browser? This issue was resolved and all data was restored.

I had a lot of them in various task, but today I have none.
I think your app is great, and I was thinking in a premium account, but I need to know that this kind of things won't happend as a regular error.
Notes are a Premium service. If you were recently on a trial account and now are not, these notes are note accessible. You would need to sign up for Premium to gain access again. Any issues we do have are rare and we always try to resolve issues in a very short time.
