All of our task notes disappeared!
This morning, all of our tasks, with their corresponding notes, were available. About 10 minutes ago, upon refreshing our ToDoist, all of our previous task notes are gone. Anything new, added this morning after 11:30am are there, but all of the old notes have disappeared. What happened, and how can we get them back?
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We have pushed a new update that has gone wrong. We will be restoring all previous notes very soon.
How quickly is this happening? I am dead in the water with all the work I was doing.
I use this for everything I do daily. I think I need to re-evaluate after this problem. I have all my statuses of each to do in the notes. My productivity just went down to zero.

Brendon, please make sure that the completed tasks notes are restored as well.
I thought that was something I messed up with and went to my backups to restore (we'll leave the restoration issues alone for now), but the question is, after restoring the projects, will your backup restoration revert my projects to their previous state? - Because I'd like to think that.
And by the way, Todd, restoring your projects is something you can do as a workaround, in case you're in a hurry.
We're very sorry for the inconvenience, we're working on restoring all your task notes, that is - only the data that's gone (all notes, completed and active) which shouldn't affect the current state of your tasks and projects.
Notes should be restored now.
It may require a log out and back in, and if not a clearing of the cache for your browser.
No notes were restored in the completed tasks!

I have this much information in those, any chance they will be restored eventually?

I want to make it clear that no data has been lost. We are looking into the issue related to completed tasks and will eventually fix this issue (our estimate is a fix will be available in the next 12hours).
All notes are now fully recovered including notes for completed tasks. Again, we're very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
