Reordering in Thunderbird is broken after latest update

Looks like the Thunderbird plugin updated over the weekend (version 4.0?), and reordering tasks is broken.

I can reorder a task once. But, the second time I go to reorder a task, it doesn't actually move the task when I drag it... and then the reorder icon (the three bars stacked on top of each other) disappears. The only way to get it back, after that, is to reload the ToDoist tab. Then, I can reorder one task, and repeat...

I'm using Thunderbird 17.0.8 on Windows XP (ugh), with the "Todoist for Thunderbird: To-Do list and Task Manager 4.0" plugin.

Prior to this update, it's been running great.

I never reorder my tasks in this way (prefer to use the by date/by name/by priority options per project) but for the record, I've followed Jacob's steps and have been able to reproduce this.

Hi Jacob,

Is this only happening on the Today view? Does this happen if you use it in a browser (IE or Firefox etc)? Does clearing the cache for Firefox/Thunderbird resolve the issue?

Reordering does seem to work fine in the Today view, but not in the Project views. And, it seems to work fine in Firefox and IE.

Not sure how to explicitly clear the cache in Thunderbird, but I did close / reopen, and even rebooted the computer, in the off-chance that it was something with the system.

Also, I see that the option to open the Add-On as a tab in Thunderbird has now been removed. Now that I've closed it, I can't get it back. That's another issue entirely - it's the main place I use Todoist, actually. The side-bar view is too small to be of any real use for me.

This should be fixed in the next update (v164)
