Premium Setting not available

Hi,

I have ToDoist Premium and when I click on the premium settings, it just takes me to a page which says I have Premium till December 21st at the top but then goes on to say how I could upgrade to Premium and I do not have Premium settings?

Any ideas?

Also, how can order my list so that it order it by todays stuff and then older - I can't seem to see this and I am gettting all my older items first.

Hi Mike,

That page is always going to be there if you are Premium or not. As you can see it will let you know when it expires but is also there to let you know about the Premium features available. We might consider changing this a bit to a slightly different design.

The default view when clicking on Today will indeed have your overdue tasks on top, so that you know exactly what needs to be done first. You can though change this by removing (overdue, today) in the search box, and changing it to (today, overdue).

Mike, if you are using projects then you can also do this to set the sort order:

click a project to load all tasks for it
click the pen-and-spanner icon to the right of the project name (Task Actions)
select "Sort by date" (or "by priority" or "by name")

Hello Mike,

Please click on the gear icon in the top-right corner and then choose "Settings" from the drop-down menu. Make sure you're not misclicking on the "Todoist Premium" option which is right below it. Also, please try to clear your browser's cache.

I have the same problem despite clearing the cache, refreshing, etc. What else should I try?

Hi,

I can see that you have the "premium" beside your user name so should have access to all premium features that we have. What specifically can't you access among the the premium features? Please try logging out and logging back again to see if that helps.
