Notes

I am a premium user, and I added notes in web app, but when i log out of session, the notes added simply disapear. all of then. I tried to add a note in Android Version, and when i syncronise the added notes are not shown in the web version. My web version apears to not be upgraded by the purchase done in Android App

Hi Paulo,

In terms of Android and Web, please make sure you are signed into the same account on both, this can sometimes happen when using Google sign in one only one of them.

Are you online when adding these notes? Us three anything special about the notes content, special characters or weird types of files?

Brendon, i am using a todist sign em all apps, but the account in Android app keeps all time logged, i tried to make a simple note, with 1 word without special caracters in Android app, and logout e logon after, when I log in again, the note simply disapear. I can't make a note in alls apps. The note keeps on only in session, when session is closed, the notes are erased. I tried this operation using firefox, internet explorer, windows desktop app and Android, and all off then left several notes after logout. I tried to do this with google sign in firefox too, but the same occurred.

Brandon, when I try to see Todoist Premium features in the web app, i can not access any configuration, and is displayed to me a offer to upgrade to premium signture. Is it possible that my premium sign is not enable to web app? In this case the note edition may be blocked in some of version. Could you check this? Thank you!

Hello Paulo,

I can confirm that your account is Premium and if you use the same email address and login method, you must have Premium access on all platforms.

If you see a message saying that you're not Premium, then most likely, there's an old invalid cached version of the non-Premium status in your browser. Please log out, clear your browser's cache and Todoist's offline data, reload the browser, then log back in and you will no longer see this message.

As for the issue with notes - I can't reproduce it. I've tried using multiple accounts and multiple browsers and the notes stay as they should after logging out and back in. Again - if you see the Premium message, most likely there's an invalid cached version of Todoist in your browser, please clear it and let us know if the issue persists.

Also, if you're actually using some plugins that allow you to sign-up everywhere, please disable it and check if it helps as it may interfere with sessions.

I sent an email with attachments of captured screens and detailed information about browsers versions and windows o.s. and Android o.s. I did test with Norton Internet Security, with antivirus and firewall disabled, but the problems persists. Thank you for attenttion
