Outlook Pane displaying missing image and no to do list

DR

This morning my Outlook 2010 is not displaying anything other than a missing image icon and the TD icon in the lower left corner in the Todoist pane. I can't get emails to add to the list. The only way I can access my list is to go to the website itself.

Hello David,

Please tell me - does clicking on the icon at the bottom help? Do you also see the sync icon in the bottom-right corner?

If this doesn't help, please try to uninstall the plugin ("OutlookTodoist" in Programs & Features) and then install this version and see if it helps: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/27d69392edce0cbd2d7128b9c74d070d/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe

We're currently working on another update which should address all these issues. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best regards,
David

I was not seeing the Sync icon, however, it was apparently a network issue. After I completely rebooted my computer, the Todoist pane displayed everything just fine.

Thanks!
