iPhone app stopped syncing

Noted it yesterday, confirming today: the iPhone app stopped syncing. changes I made on the web yesterday aren't reflected on iPhone. Already signed off and on again, same result.

Hello Lars,

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue. I've just checked and any change I've made on the web synced correctly to the iOS app when I've pulled down my task list.

Please tell me:
- Have you actually pulled the task list down to force a sync?
- Are you sure that you're logging into the same account on all devices?
- Are you connected to the internet and not behind a firewall or corporate proxy when you're syncing?

Lars,

Unfortunately, I still can't reproduce it. Any change I make on the web and pull down the task list on mobile, is synced correctly.

Please tell me, what kind of changes are you referring to exactly? Adding a new task? Changing any property of a task? What exactly do you change when you can reproduce this issue?

Tasks completed in Web are not completed on iPhone. Will check again tomorrow and give more details...

Lars,

I've checked once again, this time completing a couple of task - recurring and non-recurring and everything got synced.

When you check it tomorrow, please let me know what exact due dates do these tasks have and are these parent tasks or sub-tasks (which normally stay on the list unless their parent is completed).

Hi David,
I tried to reproduce the error again but I couldn't. No idea what had happened or what is different now. Will keep an eye on that and report further problems if there are any... You can close this topic as it doesn't seem to be relevant...
