Thunderbird plugin not working properly

Hi there,

When signing in thru the Thunderbird plug in, it shows a blank screen with the message "You have been logged in. Click here if you are not auto redirected."

The plug in does not redirect to my tasks and when click as indicated it open a webpage in my thuderbird which ask again to log in. Once introduce the login information, the same withe box with the same redirecting legend appear!!! If clicked, it opens my task list but in my browser.

I have already restart Thunderbird a couple of times and reinstalled the plugin and have the same results.

Hi There,

Please try clearing the cache and all related data for Firefox and then retry opening Thunderbird. Do you have any other extensions installed for Thunderbird?

Hi Brendon,

I have deleted all the cache and all related data for both Firefox and Thunderbird and still got the white box in thunderbird saying i am being redirected.

I have several add ons working with my thunderbird and have not installed or updated any in the last days.

Hi,

Please make sure that you have 3rd party cookies enabled in Firefox and Thunderbird and let me know if the issue persists.

Go to Firefox's Options -> Privacy, from the "History" drop-down menu select "Use custom settings for history" and then you'll be able to allow third-party cookies. This should be similar in Thunderbird.

Ready, it is working now.

Firefox was ok with cookies, however thunderbird was missing the check under cookies.

Went to Options - Security - Web Content - Accept cookies from websites, enable them until they expire.
