Hi Phillip,

Do you see an error message when you click on it, or it just simply does nothing? Do you have any security that could block the upload of files? Please try closing the app, clearing the cache for Safari and trying again.

Thanks,
Brendon.

Hi brendon.

It's actually the "select files from your computer" link which does nothing at all. I can drag files over and then click "upload" - so just that link for some reaso..

I only use Chrome.

the app issue is for the Mac though - the taskbar / toolbar one

Phillip,

This is actually a known issue related to a problem with Safari. We do hope we can fix this in future updates. For now, drag & drop does indeed still work.

Sorry for the inconvenience,

Thanks,
Brendon.

Hello,

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, neither of these browsers allows file selection/uploading through a plugin. We hope this limitation will be lifted in future updates of these browsers and we can fully support this feature there.

Best regards,
David
