Are the premium account percs not included on the iPad App?
None of the features are available: iCal sync, SMS and email reminders etc.
Please try logging out and back in again. You are Premium on our end so doing this should resolve the issues.
Still no luck. Exactly how would you add a reminder on your iPad? None of the help literature shows you doing this from the iPad app itself, only from a browser. It is marketed as be fully functional on an iPad!
Unfortunately, there are no Reminder options/menu on the iOS version of Todoist. We are looking to add this in the near future. For now to create a reminder you would have to add something such as <remind tod at 2pm> at the end of the task name.
I was just offering steps to confirm that you were indeed Premium.
I use my ipad for pretty much all my personal tasks, so really need to be able to use all the premium features on the ipad for it to be worth it to me.
I just upgraded to the Premium version because your website explicitly states that the Premium features apply across all platforms. I am furious to discover that this is not the case and the ipad Premium version is almost identical to the ipad free version. There is no contact information whatsoever on your website to email or call someone to talk about this. Please refund my money now or I will be reporting this nonsense.
The Premium upgrade applies to all platforms. If you can't see the changes on the iPad app, please log out and back into it and make sure you're logged into the same account as on other platforms.
The Premium version will include: labels, filters, color-coding, push notifications/reminders, task notes etc.
If you're no longer wish to use the service, though, please post the order reference ID of your payment and we'll refund it.
Order Reference ID# M3NXMGJKTT
Unfortunately that is not a correct ID number. Please make sure you have copied it correctly from the email.
If you want to set a reminder on the iPad, type <remind _____>
Like if you need to go shopping tomorrow at 4, type "Buy groceries <remind tomorrow at 4 PM>"
I don't know how I found it exactly, but it does work.
I have been using todoist diligently for almost 1.5 years. It's disappointing to know that I am unable to set a simple thing as a reminder on my iPhone or iPad. Lost opportunity for productivity
You can set a reminder through the iOS app. Although there is no UI for it yet (but we'll add it), you can type <remind tod at 2pm> within the tasks' name to set a reminder.
