notes gone from tasks

this morning I created three tasks on my iPhone and added notes to all three of them. Two hours later I switched on my laptop, and refreshed the "Inbox" page of Todoist; the tasks were all there, but did not have any notes. Going back to my phone, the notes were now all gone from it, too.

Which version of Todoist is running in your web client (I'm assuming that the Notes are missing from the web app)?

I know this was an issue several versions ago which was fixed in short order, but I think it surfaced again a day or two ago (?), but it now again resolved; I forced a refresh a moment ago and I'm still on v154.

I am on v154, too. Please note that the notes were gone from the web client as well as from the iOS client.

Odd indeed! I can't speak to the iOS, but I can confirm that my Notes are retrievable from both current and Completed Tasks (using the web client on Chrome).

I imagine that you've already tried clearing your browser's cache, at a minimum, or logging out and clearing the cache and logging back in? (sorry, just had to ask)

If still no joy, I guess yo'll just need to wait for David or Brendon to weigh in ...

Hello Andy,

Please try to resync everything (pull down the list on your iOS device to force a sync) and then, as Randy suggested, delete the app and reinstall it (and clear the browser's cache) and see if it helps.

The only situation in which data could be lost would be if you were adding it offline and then deleted the app before syncing it.

Also, let us know which version of our iOS app you're using.
