Cannot add emails as tasks in Outlook

As of this morning I am unable to add emails messages as tasks using the Todoist add-on in Outlook. I have tried reinstalling the add-in and doing a full reboot.
I am also getting a certificate error error related to wedoist.com which is probably related.

Hello Andrew,

Please try to uninstall the Outlook plugin (it's listed as "OutlookTodoist" in Programs and Features) and then install one of these versions:
- https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/27d69392edce0cbd2d7128b9c74d070d/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe
- https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/02cd062715e057dfa9ee118565c79108/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe
and let us know if the issue persists in both.

Since installing this alternative version I'm starting to get more frequent certificate security errors to the point where they are annoying. I've tried clearing the SSL cache in IE as suggested in another post on this matter. Is there any solution to this problem yet?

Andrew,

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Does this happen in both alternative versions (of of them uses IE to connect, the other - Chromium).

We're looking into this right now.

I'm not sure what you mean. It was happening on the Outlook plugin that was available via the website and it now happening on the version you sent me when I was having trouble adding emails as tasks.

In my first reply posted here, I've posted 2 different links to 2 different versions of our plugin? Have you tried installing each of them? Does the issue persists in both?

The error messages seem to have subsided over the last couple of days so I will leave well alone for the time being.
