...and by the way...I am in the right place (i.e in a project and NOT on the 7 day list or similar).

I have cleared the cache, cookies and more. The problem still persists Brendon.

More Brendon....

When I clicked the setting Relaunch Chrome In Windows 8 Mode, the problem disappeared.

Notes:

I have never used Chrome in Windows 8 Mode until just now. Add website as task worked fine until today.

Chrome version is standard: Version 28.0.1500.95 m

Earlier today I tested the issue in Chrome Canary (Beyond Dev edition). Issue persisted.

I am of course running Windows 8 however I never use any of the apps, having a preference for the 'old Windows'. Apart from this issue, which as I said has only recently occurred, I have never had any problems with software.

Further update: the issue has now surfaced in the Windows 8 mode also.

The same problem.
Chrome, Mac OS X.
The link "add webpage.." dissapeared, but when after clicking through the projects it sometimes appears.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we're unable to reproduce this issue. Please log out of Todoist, go to Chrome's Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data, find todoist.com on this list and delete it. Then, reload Chrome and log back in.

Best regards,
David

For now...my install is working correctly. I cleared all cookies and site data as you suggested David, and as I had done earlier to no effect.
