Cannot open notes
Starting this morning I am unable to add notes or open any existing notes via the Mac App for the web version. I really need to get to some important information. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Please click on the TD icon in the top bar, choose "Logout" and then log back in and see if it helps. If it doesn't also try to clear Safari's cache in the process (our app always uses Safari to connect).
No luck David. I have tried on Windows, Mac, Chrome, Firefox, Mac app and I am completely locked out of all my notes and unable to create new ones.
Good news is that I can get to my notes via Android app, but I have tried three computers and no luck via the browser. I can see that notes exist, but nothing happens when I click on the icon.
Unfortunately, we can't reproduce this issue. Please try to use the web-app, log out of it, clear the browser's cache and make sure that you don't use a bookmark that points anywhere else than https://todoist.com and log back in.
I have cleared the cache, moved to workstations I have never used before, switched browsers, installed new browsers and still not luck.
I can now edit and add notes via the browser. Functionality was restored when I refreshed and saw a "become a ToDoIst master" notification. Still no luck on the Mac app side.
I did a complete uninstall of the ToDoIst app using CleanMyMac, but still no luck with accessing notes via the Mac app.
I'm having the SAME problems ... Can't open / can't add ... There is some bug going on here ... This problem makes Todoist useless for me .. and now I can't even get into the data previously entered ...
Please escalate something on this and let us know ASAP .... Thanks .
I have isolated the problem on my side .... but still no fix ....
I can get to my notes if I click in a PROJECT - then click NOTES! But if I search for item .. I can't open notes. IF I view today/past due .. no luck - can't open ... but if I open the project that note is in - i.e. business - the note can be clicked to open...
There must be a bug in your SEARCH that is locking down the notes icon from opening....
By the way, I cleared cache, checked 2 other browsers and the same errors are there... I'm on a windows 7 machine ...
Let us know what you learn .. ASAP ... I need notes opened in all windows/segments of the program ..
We have confirmed the issue as well and have let the developers know about this. We have been able to reproduce it on Chrome for Windows.
Please let us know what OS, and browser you are using.
Same issue on osx lion 10.8.4
I'm using CHROME for Windows which is where I first noticed it .. but also it occurred in MSIE - 10 also ..

I see the same problem: notes do not pop up in any "filtered" view (like my start page, which is "(od | tod | tom)"), but they do display when showing a single category.
On Windows, I see this behavior in Chrome 28, Firefox 22, Safari 5.1.7, Opera 12.16, and IE 10.

iPhone app: it works.

Internet Explorer on Windows 7
Works on iPhone app

Yep, I'm having the same problem. Hope you are able to get this fixed really soon! I need to be able to access my notes!
Same issue on Windows 7 and Chrome. Does not work with IE 8 either.

I thought my Premium had expired but it didn't.

It's working for me in CHROME - Windows ... THANKS GUYS for getting it done within the same day ... It's a dead program without that feature ... Now on to helping us to ADD FILES BY EMAIL ATTACHMENTS .... :)

It is still not working for me in Firefox.
