I currently have a task setup with a recurring date of "every weekday". The task is schedule to occur every weekday @ 4:20 PM.
Every weekday the task shows up for the day, but if I forget to complete the task and it rolls overdue to the following day it shows as past due. This is fine, but when I complete the past due task it also does not show the same task for the current day. Basically completing the past due tasks clears the task and I do not have a recurring task for that day.
Unfortunately, at this time this is how the system works. In case you have a bunch of overdue items, you do not have to check all of them off to get to today.
We are working on changing this, and hopefully find a solution that provides the ability to do both.
