On Mac App after adding a Task with time due, Manual Reminders is not avaialble as an option after clicking on the gear, have to then go to Chrome Add On to manually add reminder time.
What is the exact syntax you are using when creating the task? Do you enter it different when using Chrome? Such as, do you enter "today at 2pm", please clarify.
Do you mean that the Reminders option, under the menu is not there at all? This should always be there no matter if you set a reminder or not.
As a simple solution, please try logging out and back in again. It could be a visual glitch.
I have tried logging out, reinstalling the app, everything, the Reminders option under the menu for the task is notthere at all. On Google Web Browser Add On it is there, but in the app downloaded from Mac App Store it is not there.
Please could you send me a screenshot of the menu without the Reminder option, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Also, what version of OSX are you running. Make sure you have the latest version of our app as well.
Is this only with a certain task, or is the Reminder menu gone from all tasks?
Please try clearing the cache for Safari, the app uses this, and could clear out different kinds of issues.
I am also having the same problem, which is frustrating because this was one of the main reasons I upgraded.
Is there an update from the 3.1?
In answer to the question above, there is no reminder option on any task when clicking on the gear.
Please right-click on any task (or use the gear icon on the right side of a task) and send us a screenshot to email@example.com showing what options you see there.
This is how it's supposed to look like:
