Still INBOX

First of all I don't see INBOX either in desktop application or web application. The history in chrome was deleted, software was restarted and nothing happened. What should I do for INBOX access?

After android application was updated I see INBOX, but it couldn't be chosen in android widget. Why it is happened?

Hello,

Please try to clear the cache for Chrome (History is different) which you can do from hitting the 3 Lines at the top right, Settings, Show Advanced Settings.. at the bottom, Content Settings, All Cookies & Site Data, search for Todoist and remove it.

Let me know if you still do not get updated for the Inbox.

As for the Widget, when you add the Widget, choose Default Views, and Inbox should be listed there. Please confirm if you are unable to see the choice.

Web app.

Regarding the cache for Chrome. I checked it, data related to todoist wasn't found. For clear situation I deleted all and after restart Chrome I didn't have INBOX. Also I loginned on different computer I have never loginned to todoist and I didn't have INBOX!

Android app.

I deleted TD widget. After that I created new one and Default View was chosen, there are three options INBOX, Today, NEXT 7 days. Second and third could be chosen for widget, but first one “INBOX” couldn't.

It turns out we had some issues with our deployment of the Inbox and should be fixed now.

If you still don't have access by this evening please let us know again. I believe this might be the cause to the widget issue as well.
