Hi Chen,

Unfortuenly, the Outlook plugin currently doesn't have a separate proxy configuration, but we will look into implementing one in the future.

Todoist should work from your browser or a variety of browser plugins without issue. You should be able to configure your proxy with Internet Explorer and the Outlook plugin could work.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks,
Brendon.

This is the only issue that keeps me from upgrading to a Premium account. Many businesses use a proxy server for outbound connections to the Internet and the inability to supply proxy credentials renders the Outlook plug-in useless. As someone who "lives" in Outlook most of the day, having to use the browser version in a separate window, and having to switch back and forth between the two repeatedly, really limits the usefulness of the app. Hopefully, proxy configuration for the Outlook plug-in is at the top of the Todo list for your developers.

Hi David,

We are working on this and are hopeful to find the best permanent solution. Please try this updated unreleased version of our plugin https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/27d69392edce0cbd2d7128b9c74d070d/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe.

You should uninstall the current (if installed) through the Control Panel, clear the cache for IE, and then install.

Thanks,
Brendon.
