Hi Stu,

Please try un-installing the Outlook Plugin from the Control Panel, then clearing the cache for Internet Explorer, and then installing the unreleased updated version linked here: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/02cd062715e057dfa9ee118565c79108/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe

If this still does not fix your issue, do you have any other plugins installed to Outlook? Does it crash instantly, or when you do something within Outlook?

Sorry for the troubles.

Thanks,
Brendon.

Hi

Tried that. Cleaned cache, cookies etc from IE.

Crashes on startup everytime. As soon as i uninstall Todoist plugin, it starts perfectly.

Stu,

We believe we have found the reason behind these crashes but it could take some time to release a fix.

Just so we can collect more data, which version of windows are you running? Type of Anti-virus? Are you running the latest version of IE?

Sorry for the inconvenience, we hope for this to be fixed soon. In the meantime we do have another means to managing emails and tasks which you can read more about here: https://todoist.com/blog/2013/01/zero-inbox-policy-with-todoist/ I know this isn't a perfect solution if you manage all your tasks in Outlook.

Thanks,
Brendon.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience, we're working on a rewrite of our Outlook which will address these issues.

For now, please try to use this version of our plugin and see if it works for you: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/27d69392edce0cbd2d7128b9c74d070d/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe
