TD mac app doesn't work anymore ?

suddenly today, it doesn't work :
first I had a white screen
On any action I'd do, I would get a message : "you need to be logged".

Going to the menu and pressing logout has no effect.

Then later on today, the TD board launches but only display a web page. there is no login option. I can only get to the subscribe button and if I fill up this form it says my mail already exists.

no logout working, no login option... and nothing had changed in my configuration.
I am working on a macbook air running max OSx 10.7.5

well, today is a nightmare :(
help please...

Hi Pierre,

Please make sure you are running the latest version from http://todoist.com/mac. Then please try clearing the cache for Safari.

Also, you can try hitting the TD icon in the top system bar, and choosing Logout.

Let me know if the issue persists.

Hello Brendon,
I used the lastest app version (3.1) and I reinstalled it.
I cleared Safari's cache.
I hit "logout" a hundred times..

but still, when I launch TD, it opens and loads the TD home page. There is no login option.

I don't know what else to do. I am sorry.

Hello Pierre,

Please click on the TD icon in the top bar (the system bar). This is where you will find multiple options incl "Logout". Click on it and this should bring you to the correct login page within the app. Please do not use the Logout option inside the app, only through the TD icon at the top and let us know if the issue persists.

Hi David,

Unfortunately this is exactly what I have being doing since yesterday :
I click on the TD icon in the top bar, there is the drop down menu, and I clic on logout. then there is the waiting icon in the TD window and it reloads the TD home page.

I can't get to the login page.
The problem is still on. Sorry.

Pierre,

Please tell me - have you tried to do this in this exact order: used Logout first, then cleared Safari's cache and also Safari's cookies, then deleted the Mac app and reinstalled it?
