Latest Mac app update causes issues with connection

I updated to the latest version of the Mac app and now am having problems at work connecting. We have to enter Proxy credentials and now the app doesn't prompt me for those credentials like iike it did in the past so I get the "Unable to Connect" message.

Prior to this update, if I had a connectivity problem, I would select 'Logout' and then I would get prompted for the Proxy credentials. I would enter those and then I would get the login screen. I would enter my ToDoIst credentials and be on my way.

Please tell me, can you use Safari to access Todoist directly through https://todoist.com or are you also experiencing these issues?

Yes. I can access todoist.com through Safari or Chrome just fine. I get prompted for the proxy credentials and then todoist.com comes up and works just fine.

Steven,

According to the developers, no changes have been made to the way the app connects so the "core" of the app works exactly as the older version.

That said, please try to uninstall the app, reinstall it and if this won't help, try to contact your system administrator if any changes have been made on their end regarding apps' connectivity.
