Outlook Add on problems

I had to change my Todoist password and afterwards, I cannot get add on to work. It tells me the website isn't working and when I click go back to previous page, it gets stuck loading. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the add on many times and still getting the same problem

Hello Patrick,

Please tell me - which add-on are you referring to? For Outlook, Thunderbird, Firefox or Chrome?

Please try to clear the cache and cookies of the browser that's being used by the add-on, that is IE for Outlook, Firefox for Thunderbird or the appropriate browser. In case of Outlook, you can use the "Logout Todoist" button in the toolbar.
