Things go wrong after clicking the refresh button at the right bottom of Mac Client

U

Hello,

When I click the refresh button, My page shows the search result of the key word "`Ç`" and the text "(Ç" appears in the search textbox.

This phenomenon disappears when I logout then login, but it occurs again if I click anything then.

Thanks.

Tevin,

Please try clearing the cache for Safari while Todoist is closed, and see if the issue continues afterwards.

If it does continue, to clarify, you are on the Today page, or another project, and when you hit refresh, it brings you to these search results?

Thanks,
Brendon.

Hi Brendon,

It still continues after I clearing the cache.

At the beginning it seems gone, but after some clicks it occurs every now and then.

In my case, it occurs every time if I'm on the "7 days" page then hit refresh.

Thanks,
Tevin

Hello Tevin,

Please tell me:
- In what language are you using Todoist?
- When you've logged out and back in, did you use the "internal" logout option through the gear icon? If so, try to use "Logout" from the TD icon in the top bar.

Best regards,
David

Hello David,

- The language of my OS is Chinese, so is the Todoist client.
- I've done so but the problem stills.

Thanks,
Tevin

Tevin,

Are you able to try the client with English, does these characters still appear when doing so?

Thanks,
Brendon.

Bredon,

It backs to normal if I change the system language to English.

Thanks,
Tevin

Tevin,

I have let the developers know about this, and there will hopefully be a fix soon.

Thanks,
Brendon.
