Sorting in the main page

SB

Hello

I remember the main page used to be sorted by date with the newer tasks on top and then going down to the oldest ones at the bottom

Now I see the oldest at the top. I changed the settings for this but it does not reflect. (Settings + Start Page)
I tried firefox and IE, no change.

I dont want to see the OLDEST tasks at the top, is noisy.

Sergio,

Per request, we have moved away from the old way of splitting overdue tasks into 5 days or less and 6 days or more groups.

You can though change the way you see this. If you click on the Today view or 7 Days view you will see (overdue, today). In the area where you were editing your Start Page, to have the newer items on top you need to make a custom query of (today, overdue).

If you are referring to the most recent overdue not being on top anymore, this has indeed changed, we may consider changing this in the future, and you're welcome to add a request for it to our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/

Thanks,
Brendon.

Also...
I changed this to today, overdue.
But when I click on the today button (top left) it changes back to overdue, today

Is it normal?

Yes, the Start Page is different then the Today view.

The start page is what you see when you load Todoist for the first time, or when ever it loads after awhile of you not using it.

Thanks,
Brendon.

Can the today view be customized or is it like this by default?

Sergio,

Unfortunately, at this time it can not be customized. That would be the reason to have a custom start page. We do realize the usefulness of having the Today button use the same custom query, and we might consider adding this in the future.

Thanks,
Brendon.
