I have tried restarting outlook - that worked once. I tried deleting browsing histor and caches, which did not work.
Due to our IT arrangements, I am not an administrator so can't install/unistall myself - I have to pay our IT guys to do it for me.

Please can you offer me another suggestion as to how to fix?
Thanks, Paije

Hello Paije,

Please make sure that you have Microsoft .NET Framework 4 installed on your computer and try to either reinstall this plugin or install this earlier version: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/354a36dcf40f6dd891fafdb6d2b97716/as/OutlookTodoist.exe

We're very sorry for the inconvenience, we're looking into this issue right now and will release an updated version of our plugin soon.

Best regards,
David

+1 - it happens intermittently. Restarting outlook is the only way to get rid of it...until it comes back

As a note, I find it is generally triggered by having two outlook windows open (ie calendar and email). It is happening much less often now that I'm trying to only have one window open at a time. It's pretty inconvenient, but not as much as that stupid dialogue box!

Claudette,

Our extension does not support the Mac version of Outlook at this time.

Brendon.
