Problems tu use todoist in outlook

C

Hello since one month I had an error message of TODOIST when I was using outlook, this error didn´t let me continue using outlook and I had to close it and open again to continue using.
Today I reinstalled the program trying to solve this error and I can use the program in todoist.com without problems but in Outlook I can´t see and I can´t use the program.
In the right side of the screen in the place where todoist program normally is placed, with the orange logo, appears an internet page that cant be opened and it says: the site rejected to show this web page and show the error: "http 403 prohibido"
I think that I have all the add-ins installed but I need help to solve this problem that looks like a log-in problem.
My english is not so good please if you doesn´t understand some idea please let me know and I will try to explain again.
Thanks

Hello,

Please try to clear the cache for Internet Explorer while Outlook is closed. This could resolve this issue.

If it does not, please make sure .NET Framework 4 is installed, and updated, as well as any other Windows updates.

Are you behind a proxy or some sort of extra security? Make sure Todoist is on the allowed list for your Firewall.

Thanks,
Brendon.

Do you notice anything that you might be doing when this occurs? Such as using or changing anything on your system?

We are unable to reproduce this issue.

- Are you online when you open Outlook?
- Do you have the latest version of IE installed on your computer?
- Are you behind a proxy

Thanks,
Brendon.

-Yes I´m always online
-I don´t use internet explorer, I use google chrome and I have the latest version.
-I haven´t moved anything in my security system

Could you give me all the addins that I need to have instaled?

If I can´t solved this I will have to eliminate the program because the error doesn´t let me use Outlook.

Thanks

The plugin does use Internet Explorer to work properly, so making sure it's updated is important. As does clearing the cache for it.

I am sorry to ask again but I have not received an answer, are you behind a proxy? This can be known to cause issues.

Please give this unreleased version a try, you might need to enable the plugin in the COM Addins area after installation.
