I want to have the ability to share my Projects. Sort of like Google Calendar, Is that possible?

I would certainly move to a paid account if I could share my to-do list(s) with others.Specifically, I would like to give read-only access to certain lists to other people, such as my managers so that they know what I'm working on and in what order.This is the best and fastest to-do list manager for the way I work. I'm with these guys too. I'd certainly upgrade to a paid account for the ability to share lists with another user or via email.Huge thanks to the developers of Todoist. I'm a new/re user (back from Google Tasks), and love the simplicity of the interface, the hierarchal structure, and the due date system is awesome! My issue is that I would like to share lists, such as my daughter's schedule, with her mom. Todoist is the (almost) perfect tool for the job, with it's recurring dates/times, file sharing, and stunning array of apps, the only thing missing is the ability to collaborate.I tried Wedoist, which is what brought me here. Hoped it would be more like Todoist, but that was not the case.Let's get the bandwagon fired up and share some lists!Tony

It can't be soon enough! I own a company and everyone is behind on their todo lists. We are a fast growing company, it happens, I get that. I'd like to roll out Todoist to all 35 employees but this feature is the lone holdout. I need the peeps to be able to share so that, for example, a manager can check status on a direct report's to-do list on demand.

BTY, to the Todoist developers, I looked at Wedoist as well. But really that's overkill for what I need. I just want to share one project with one or more people and don't need an expansively collaborative product.
We looked at Wedoist as well and consider it to be overkill. Plus I would prefer to use one product, Todoist, for both work and personal.I simply need the ability to (a) assign tasks to people and then (b) create a custom filters to view tasks I've assigned so I can keep tabs on the status. Everything else such as due dates, priorities, and notes are already possible.
Can I, as a premium member, share a project with a free member?I've shared a project with my manager but new tasks I've added since aren't showing up (only the tasks I that were initially in the project are visible).
Hello Ed,Yes, sharing is not a Premium feature and everyone can use it. The only limitation is that there can be only 6 free account in a shared project, but for Premium - it's 26 people per project.That said, please aks the person you've shared the project with to log out and clear their browser's cache and see if it helps.Best regards,David
Hi David,he's logged out, and cleared the browser cache, but this hasn't helped.I'm using my personal email and he is using a Google for business account - might this make a difference? Not sure why, as the tasks which were in the list when I originally shared it are visible (and can be updated and shared between us), but just not the tasks I've added since.

- Does adding a note to a task help?No, this does not affect syncing of the new tasks. If I add a note to an existing task then it updates, but it doesn't make a difference to the unsynced tasks. Ed,Thank you for clarifying, I will now pass this to the developers as it may be a very specific account-based issue and we'll look into it.In the meantime, please ask your boss to leave the project and invite him into it again to see if this helps.Best regards,David
