Hello,

Please make sure that you have the latest version of Internet explorer installed on your computer as our plugin uses IE to connect and that you have Microsoft .NET Framework 4 installed.

If this doesn't help, please try to install this earlier version of our plugin https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/354a36dcf40f6dd891fafdb6d2b97716/as/OutlookTodoist.exe while we address this issue for the next update. Sorry for the inconvenience.
