Hello Fabio,

Please try to access IE's Internet Options, go to the "Content" tab, and use the "Clear SSL state" button. Also, make sure you have the default security and privacy settings in IE.

Best regards,
David

It didnt worked, I'm still getting the sama certificate page error. And what looks weird is that I cannot proceed anyway, as usual when I got this kind of error.

Hi Fabio,

Please try following these instructions to make sure Outlook is enabled in Outlook.

http://www.tech-recipes.com/rx/1959/outlook_2007_disabling_enabling_add_ins/

If that does not work, please re-install the plugin again while Outlook is running.

Thanks,
Brendon.

Brendon I've installed the app again with the Outlook running but no sucess, then I installed the newest version and it showed up again, but with the same error.

Per David request I've sent him the error screen show.

thx
