PROJECT TASKED EMAILS - WHEN EMAILS ARE ARCHIVED

The TODOIST system works very well for my intended purposes. However, there is one issue that prevents me from using it at all. I have to archive my emails monthly and, during testing, the TODOIST email tasks loss their response when that email is archived. Why? Isn't there a setting that allows ALL MAILBOXES to be active, thus allowing that tasked email to be followed? Please advise if there is a way to keep my email tasks active as indicated above.

Hi Jammey,

Are you using an exchange server for your mail? This is a known issue that happens more often with exchange servers. We are working on it and hope to find a solution soon.

Yes, I am. Exchange 2010. When do you anticipate having a solution?

Unfortunately, we can't put a timeframe on it, we are concentrating on this though. We hope for it to be very soon. Again, sorry.
